Storage Star is one of the best facilities in Colorado Springs. Clean, safe, convenient! Easy for a large Uhaul or truck and trailer. The property manager Diane is pleasant and helpful. Management over all is great to work with and listens to your needs and concerns. Very affordable and easy online set up. They can store anything of any size here as well!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was recommended this place by a friend and have been with Storage Star for about two years now. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were always accommodated and were answered in a timely manner. It has always been a quick process to move-in/change/move-out units as needed and the website is pretty simple. They conduct frequent security checks and will call you if your storage is unlocked or opened. Diana and Dennis are always great to work with and were super helpful! Overall, great staff and storage!

I cannot recommend this facility enough, specifically because of Diane! I arrived 15 minutes after the office had closed, in the middle of a very stressful personal move and a total 'frazzled' state of mind. Diane didn’t just help me; she went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease and fully accommodated. Her kindness and amazing attitude completely turned my day around. She is truly the best!
