It is refreshing to do business with an organization that prioritizes great customer service and stability in their site manager representatives. Both Diane (Colorado Springs) and Max (Pueblo) are capable, knowledgeable and professional in performing their jobs as onsite managers. They are extremely helpful to me during a transitional time of my life - downsizing several household and moving. Not all storage facilities care this much about their customers. I appreciate them.
