DYLAN at the front desk was amazing to work with. He went **above** and beyond to help me with my situation. I had booked online and selected two units next to each other, but my movers were able to fit everything into just one. Dylan quickly stepped in, canceled the extra unit, and rebooked everything so it was correct. Thanks to his help, I ended up saving $26 per month. 🙃 I like extra storage, this is my second time with them. I am a repeat as I like their services.
The young man (manager) was very pleasant and greeted us warmly with a warm small and a happy attitude. He gave us thorough explanation of all the options available to us. I want to thank him and commend the company for hiring such awesome individual.
I love the ease and convenience of this particular location. When I thought I was going to have to move out, the manager was very helpful and found a solution that worked for the both of us. The other plus is the safety I feel and how functional it is all the time. Never issues with elevator or gates, which I hear horror stories from many other storage facilities
Everything was awesome about my experience with Storage, including how nice and caring Dylan and the young lady that was there when I moved in. The only thing I would like to be better is that there be more carts, one of the times I was there, trying to unload my car into my storage, this man took the last cart, and I had to walk all the way down 3 hallways to find another one and almost got lost getting back
Leslie was absolutely fabulous. She was super informative and very helpful and got us set up super efficiently and was very helpful. The space is clean and well secured, there is a lot of safety measures on the property that gives you a lot of reassurance to your stuff is safe! Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing storage!
