Clean & easily accessible. Our rate recently increased but the person on the phone took the time to see if there were other options available for us. We appreciate the willingness to assist us while storage units transition to higher rates per inflation. Thank you so much!
Great and friendly service. All questions were answered which made us decide to rent a unit on the spot. Definitely recommend and the price is also great .
This is a nice facility. Very good pricing. You should reward new customers for recommending your facility. The only problem I have with this facility is that you don't have enough signage to show where your storage space is. Arrows pointing you in the right direction off the elevator and from each entrance.
Chris helped us a great deal today. He was very clear and concise with pricing, which we appreciated. We look forward to storing our items here!
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Extra Space Storage on De Zavala in San Antonio. Without much warning, they raised my monthly rate from $33 to $66. I only found out via mail, which I don’t even receive regularly. I feel blindsided, and it’s a huge jump. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on this experience.
