I did not know what to expect at first. However props to this place because the onboarding and orientation was perfect. The space was exactly what I needed. Getting in and out of this secure facility was easy, and the location is excellent. I very highly recommend Storage Star to store a boat, RV, or any other large towable.
Highly recommend. Convenient location. Extra clean. Monique and Dave do an amazing job. My calls were answered immediately and I was able to set up a unit over the phone in a couple minutes. Upon arrival everything was ready for me to sign. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Perfect experience.
Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Monique at Storage Star Folsom. She updated my credit card information with ease and good cheer … that was the ordinary part. On finding that I could not operate the overhead doors on two of my assigned spaces Monique swung into action. She cleaned, lubricated and repeatedly operated the doors to both units in what seemed like a mere 15 minutes. Such a smooth process! Called to check the price for a 6X10 trailer parking spot and unfortunately they were full, but they had solutions to the problem to help me out. Within 10 minutes I was on-site with my trailer safely parked/stored
Monique was great! Showed us all available RV slips that were available. She was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. She went through everything that we needed to get our space rented, we were also very impressed with how clean and neat the entire place was. Definitely recommend!
