I have rented storage units at this facility since it was built 20 or so years ago. It was wonderful until Storage Star bought it, and Max became the manager. NIGHTMARE! I have rented at this facility for 20 years, and since Storage Star bought it a couple years ago, and hired Max as their manager, it has turned into a nightmare. I am a 70 year old woman who decided it was time to deal with my 5 units there that are filled with furnishings and art from a mountain home I sold in 2020, and my 77 year old handyman and I started going there regularly a couple months ago to work on it. I am writing this review to inform others of my experience with Storage Star. I originally opened my account when it was Eagleridge Storage who later sold out to Storage Star. The first thing Storage Star did was raise the rates. Then there was a billing issue with our account charging us insurance when we already gave them a copy of our homeowners insurance policy so we would not be charged.
