Storage Star on Redbluff promised to be there every 2 hours for those who need to get into their storage unit. My husband arrived at 5:45 pm and waited until 6:15 pm. No one in sight. The manager was called and he lied stating he was there and left at 6 pm. No cars, no one there the entire time. On top of that, he wasn’t willing to come back so we could finally get our portable AC and finally be comfortable since the hurricane. 10/10 Definitely would recommend Storage Star! The facility was nice and clean. Never had anyway issues, pricing is also reasonable. Austin was always so helpful! 🙂
The young man, who I believe is Austin was really great helping me transition to a bigger storage. And even when’s cut my finger on a piece of my own glass, the other employee who’s name I don’t know saw me and offered first aid for my cut. Austin was very cool. Thank him for me!!..

Facility is safe, clean, convenient, and well appointed with carts, nice bathroom and supplies (like boxes and locks). Staff is wonderful. They are so nice and conscientious. They are always busy taking care of clients or the building, but never so busy I don’t get a smile and wave. I rented 4 units for the past 3 years. After moving into my house I am now down to 1. I expect to keep that one for a long time.
