The staff is friendly & very helpful - they really go out of their way to accommodate you, excellent customer service. The location is easy to get to on Arnold Dr. The facility is clean & well kept. I shopped around, they were the best price in Sonoma for an inside unit.

I been with Carneros Self Storage 5 years now and I have always enjoyed relationships with the management especially with Sherry. She is always cheerful and smiling. And very helpful with any needs or concerns. Is friendly as well as patient with and is a total professional. You feel like you belong and part of family. There maintains person, Martin is a hard worker too and very friendly. They both take care of me and you feel secure in having your things here. Great security.
Best place and service ever!!! I can not recommend this place enough. The units are all drive up, the customer service goes above and beyond!!! The views are stunning of the surrounding area. The rates are super reasonable. Highly recommend this business!!!
