Customer service is excellent. Really helpful people all the way around. I like the facility. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t so terribly expensive. The longer you stay the more rate increases. New customers get better rates. Why penalize the long term customers? It’s a terrible business model. It’s seems to be true of most storage facilities. Somebody needs to break this business model. You could have customers for life!
I am definitely glad I went to the branch. We’ve been renters for a few years now. Recently the rental costs kept getting higher and were just getting too prohibitive. So I called the office to ask for a smaller and more affordable unit. To do that, I had to physically go to the branch to sign some paperwork.
