Cinnamon and Jessica absolutely rock 🤘✨ Good people make all the difference. What a relief to speak with those two wonderful humans. Beyond being super competent professionals they are genuinely nice and helpful people. Navigating storage rental in the Bay can be a wild ride, so glad to have found this place. I’m not sure what Cinnamon and Jessica’s job titles are currently but Storage Star would be wise to put people like that at the top where they can do the most good 🙏
Customer service is excellent. Really helpful people all the way around. I like the facility. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t so terribly expensive. The longer you stay the more rate increases. New customers get better rates. Why penalize the long term customers? It’s a terrible business model. It’s seems to be true of most storage facilities. Somebody needs to break this business model. You could have customers for life!
I rented a parking space for my RV and the rental cost went up twice a year. Last year they were able to offer a senior discount , but months later they again raised the rent to over 200 dollars. The property is kept very clean and their security is great. i would have stayed there if the rent stayed reasonable.
Today I had a car towed to Storage Star. I worked with Cinnamon. She is an absolute STAR! She made sure the storage unit was easily accessible for the tow truck. She was there to greet the tow truck. I have to say Cinnamon made this transaction seamless. I would recommend this storage facility. THANK YOU Cinnamon!!
I must say Makayla has been fabulous,very helpful and friendly .. I have been with storage star for approximately a year at the location in Napa .. I heard Makayla was moving to Sonoma site so I decide to rent a storage unit there as I know I will have the best service .. I definitely know she takes pride of what she does and I know it’s important for her to keep all the customers happy .. keep up the great work ! .
