Stored my car here for over a year while i temporarily lived outside of Anchorage. Got my car back in great condition. Worked with Heather to get my storage lease terminated today- she was very courteous, patient and thorough. Will always recommend them for all our storage needs.
We’ve been working with Storage Star for storage needs since 2024, and our experience has been very positive. Their team is professional, organized, and easy to coordinate with, which has made managing storage logistics for our property straightforward. Communication is strong. Staff respond quickly to questions and are clear about unit access, availability, and guidelines. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the process for moving items in and out has been smooth for our maintenance team. Overall, Storage Star... read more
Easy and fast process to get a unit. The unit was very clean and plenty big enough for all my stuff. Highly recommend.
Lorraine was wonderful! She showed me the storage units and was very informative throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. Her great customer service and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with her!
