Update - they contacted me almost immediately, were extremely respectful and kind and offered to rectify the situation. The reviews are right they're very nice storage units, and the lady who helped us set up was extremely sweet. -Original review- But the service isnt great. My partner and I needed to go in to ask about a few things as well as get our lock and we waited for well over 10 minutes and no one came. The office was just empty, the sign said to come in and it was during office hours.
Stellar customer service ! Ok so it’s been a long time now and every time I go to the storage station it still feels like the first day I moved in . We had a bit of an over flow situation a they set us up with a perfect solution and a great deal with the moving truck and getting us settled. Easy and fast . May have to invent some new syntax to describe how good this company!
Very clean and secure! Tyler got us set up within minutes, and we were ready to go. The unit was spotless. Location is great, and access is easy. Highly recommended!
I recently moved my things into this place so this review is based of that. The check in process was pretty smooth the gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful. I have an indoor unit and it’s very clean all around. So far no complaints.
Live nearby and I watched it being built. I believe I may have been the first one to reserve units-- two in the climate controlled. It's very difficult to find CC around here-- and more reasonable compared to others. And it really IS climate controlled on these 100-degree+ days we've had. Way better than others in the area.
