Great storage facility with reasonable pricing. The entire process was easy and hassle-free. The location is convenient, and the building and access system are modern, user-friendly, and secure. I’ve had a very positive experience with Storage Station and would highly recommend it.
Update - they contacted me almost immediately, were extremely respectful and kind and offered to rectify the situation. The reviews are right they're very nice storage units, and the lady who helped us set up was extremely sweet. -Original review- But the service isnt great. My partner and I needed to go in to ask about a few things as well as get our lock and we waited for well over 10 minutes and no one came. The office was just empty, the sign said to come in and it was during office hours.
Stellar customer service ! Ok so it’s been a long time now and every time I go to the storage station it still feels like the first day I moved in . We had a bit of an over flow situation a they set us up with a perfect solution and a great deal with the moving truck and getting us settled. Easy and fast . May have to invent some new syntax to describe how good this company!
Very clean and secure! Tyler got us set up within minutes, and we were ready to go. The unit was spotless. Location is great, and access is easy. Highly recommended!
Well run well operated. Always clean with a safe and easy access Construction of additional units to the west created a large amount of dust as the contractor used dust containment very little if at all. Present unit covered in dust to the point that every item had to removed and cleaned. Yes the items were covered within the unit.
