Storage Pro San Jose has been a great experience. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made me feel comfortable storing my belongings here. The property feels secure, access is easy, and everything is clearly laid out. Staff has been professional and helpful whenever I’ve interacted with them. The managers are very knowledgeable. I walked in spoke with Adrianna L. about what I was looking for we checked out a space I signed up on the spot, easy. She was on top of the whole process and not pushy with the sale. I left public storage. Highly recommended to anybody thinking of switching storage places.
Renting my storage unit was quick and easy! The price and location for me are the best I’ve seen in a long time. This storage facility is secure and feels safe! Although, there’s no certainty it won’t happen but this facility has measures in place to deter thieves. Adrianna was friendly and professional plus efficient! Overall, very pleased thus far with StoragePRO!
I have been a customer since this location open which was 2017. I was very impressed with service and staff especially the cleanliness and level of care the company provided. I have bad experience at another storage facility and I was traumatized.
