Storage Pro San Jose has been a great experience. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made me feel comfortable storing my belongings here. The property feels secure, access is easy, and everything is clearly laid out. Staff has been professional and helpful whenever I’ve interacted with them. Super clean facility. The employees there are absolutely incredible, super friendly and very helpful. Jerry and Adrianna did a wonderful job answering all my questions and making sure I was well taken care of during my time there. I highly recommend this storage center above the others in town! 😊✨
I was inquiring about renting a storage unit and wasn’t sure what size I needed and had so many questions. Jerry was very patient with all the questions I had, gave me a tour of the facility, and helped me decide what unit I needed. Jerry’s customer service was fantastic and would highly recommend this storage facility over going to public storage. I would say anyone looking for any storage needs to head over to storage pros and ask for Jerry.
Adrianna was a very nice person, has very customer service and can help you with any questions you have. My partner and I felt very well cared for and very happy with the service. ❤️
