I had another great experience with Storage Pro of Vacaville. The very kind ladies in the front office Melissa and Valerie are so helpful. Melissa and Valerie are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of renting a storage unit. They made renting a unit a fast and very easy process. Even the paperwork was easy to navigate. I rented the unit on a very, very hot day. Rented a 10x10 Unit here and the prices are very decent. Props to the manager up front handling business. She’s always on top of things. Thanks again! Ms Valarie to be exact. Amazing person. The customer service here is top notch.
I had a pleasant experience at this Storage Pro in Vacaville, Valerie is a very sweet manager, pleasant and nice to deal with. This Facility is clean, and has easy access to the units. 1 negative I can say is it probably has the same greedy owner as the Lopes road Storage Pro, where you can find my review if interested.
The facility was clean and in good condition. Indoor unit, which mine was, was 10' by 5' and dry as a bone. However, at a monthly fee of $130 plus $25 if your late, and then another $20 for what they called a pre lien fee. I'm sorry but pre lien fee, what, I got so close to the unit going into lien sale that you felt you deserved something so you took twenty dollars?! The unit is either in lien sale status or it's not! All I can say is wow! Melissa was the goddess of services! She walked me through this process with provisions and she was able to meet me where I was in terms of navigation online and solving error messages! Making suggestions that would make it very easy for me to be sure that I was thought about! I wasn’t sure if I would get a place or not , but Melissa was very well sure that she could accomplish that task thanks Lisa I love you 🩷🩷🩷
