Rented a 10x10 Unit here and the prices are very decent. Props to the manager up front handling business. She’s always on top of things. Thanks again! Ms Valarie to be exact. Amazing person. The customer service here is top notch.
All I can say is wow! Melissa was the goddess of services! She walked me through this process with provisions and she was able to meet me where I was in terms of navigation online and solving error messages! Making suggestions that would make it very easy for me to be sure that I was thought about! Recently moved from the Bay Area to town. We have been looking for a good, clean and safe place to put all our belonging. We Found this place which had all we were looking for. UPDATE...I had a unit there & had recently lost my job so I was a month behind. Everything I owned & worked for was in there because I'm homeless. Next month they started a lien but I didn't know about it. Never received a certified noticed about it. I paid the previous month but it didn't stop the lien & I wasn't told that. Then June came & on the 4th they auctioned my stuff saying I was over 65 days overdue...but I really wasn't. Customers beware they continuously raise rates on customers after six month periods continuously I’ve gone from 465 to now 649 and I’ll leave been in my unit for a year and a half. They continuously state that their expenses have increased when they provide no added services. No added accommodations and area is completely unsecured and allows through traffic for the hotel and homeless in the area.
