I came in looking for a storage unit and left feeling very satisfied due to the amazing manager, Valerie, at this location. Valerie was extremely helpful, professional, thorough, and overall very welcoming and made the process extremely smooth and stress-free. The facility is very clean and it’s clear how much effort Valerie and her team put into making this location look and run at its best. Valerie at Storage Pro is absolutely amazing. She’s always there whenever I have a question or an issue and handles everything quickly and professionally. On top of that, she’s consistently friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which really makes a difference. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about their job and the people they help. Valerie is a huge asset to Storage Pro, and I really appreciate her every time I come in.
I stop by inquiring about potentially renting a storage and available sizes. Valerie knowledge about the process and a facility was awesome. Talking with her was like a ray of sunshine. Facility was clean and well taken care of which made me feel comfortable leaving items there in an non-gated facility.
I have a unit there, and the management there has always been amazing and very helpful when I had any questions. They also seem to remember me and my family and ask how they are doing. It’s small details like those that make you feel comfortable and cozy.
I had another great experience with Storage Pro of Vacaville. The very kind ladies in the front office Melissa and Valerie are so helpful. Melissa and Valerie are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of renting a storage unit. They made renting a unit a fast and very easy process. Even the paperwork was easy to navigate. I rented the unit on a very, very hot day.
