StoragePro had great customer service! Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about what space I would need for all my belongings. The storage unit was well keep and clean! No signs of water damage or even leaves in my unit. Very secured and clean units. When I was done with their services, it was easy to end payments! Smooth and no hassle! I will be using them again! Plus, it’s in a pretty nice proximity of Travis AFB and surrounding neighborhoods/communities!
I’ve had my storage unit here for almost a year and StoragePro has been nothing but perfect for a place to store my items always very clean and it’s spacious with great prices. Also Valerie the store manager is very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions you may have so don’t be shy to ask she’s awesome. Thank you Valerie.
Valerie has been awesome person to work with. Everytime I have an issue even though I feel like I annoy her with the questions, she's always professional and knowledgeable. If your reading this, thank you Val
Everyone in office are extremely nice from the day I moved in and still making me happy the only thing is I get paid on the third and I always get a text notification im late it's automatically pulled out when I get paid I wish they would straighten that issue out other than that I love the company thanks everyone!!!
Malissa and Valerie are great people they keep the place clean , always helping out when needed. Keep up the great work! Sal
