Customers beware they continuously raise rates on customers after six month periods continuously I’ve gone from 465 to now 649 and I’ll leave been in my unit for a year and a half. They continuously state that their expenses have increased when they provide no added services. No added accommodations and area is completely unsecured and allows through traffic for the hotel and homeless in the area. I had nothing but the best customer service at storage pro. They are the most cleaners facility you could store your belongings at. You also don't have to worrie about being at your unit after dark, they have light in your unit . It makes a big difference to have light. I like it their.
Great place. Friendly people and awesome staff. Easy in and out access. Just needs to be fenced in. Too many cars driving through the property that don't belong. Cleanliness and great location. I really enjoy renting a unit from Storage Pros. Owners charge too much to raise the rent too many times a year. Office personnel is knowledgeable and reliable. Very friendly and helpful. Great place to store things. Just would be nice if they would stop raising the rent too much.
