Storage pros has been great!!! I’ve had two storages one small on exterior and then changed to larger unit on interior. I recommend interior units to avoid outside elements (dust, etc) that can enter the unit. But, inside, everything is clean, items stored stay in good shape with easy access! I always felt safe and secure during my visits alone. Front office has always been great over the last 2 years! Linda, was so helpful and friendly as I closed out my account! Much appreciation 🙏
Very clean, well lit, and professionally run with friendly staff. Laurie made our move-in process quick and easy, and made sure we had everything we needed, taking time to thoroughly answer all our questions.
Super friendly and helpful staff. The storage areas are kept clean, there's bathrooms and they keep trollies in easily accessible areas.
I’ve been along time customer at the Windsor store the girls there seem like family. Excellent customer service and very clean. Without a doubt if you want your stuff safe & clean then Storage Pro of Windsor is for you!
Edit 1/7/2025: My rent just went up $70 with no warning. This keeps happening every 6 months it seems. The staff is amazing and the spot is super clean. Just wish the increases would stop. Edit 6/13/23: Multiple rent raises since I moved in has lost this company a star. I still think it's a great spot and safe, but these rent increases are rough.
