I rented a Tow Dolly from this place today. Aside from getting a little lost with directions, I hafta say im pleased with the outcome. Tony helped me out and even attached the tow dolly for me. I've never towed anything before but Tony did a great job explaining how to do it. Made me feel a lot more comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.
I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility, especially since the new management took over. Felicia and James are amazing both are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. You can really tell they care about the customers and keeping the property well maintained. The whole place feels more organized and welcoming now. I definitely recommend this storage company if you’re looking for a reliable place with great management!
Felicia and James have been great property managers. It’s been such a relief having someone in the office when you need help. STORE has also made the transition smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
This storage recently changed management and it has been a night and day difference, people are on site and able to help with questions. Felicia and James have been quick to respond and have done everything they can do to communicate with us about the management changes.
Any bad review you see for the old storage facility that was here is null and voided. new owners just took over and they're amazing Felicia has gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and I'd never use another storage besides this one! 6 stars
