While I cannot yet speak to the long term rental experience, I will say that Carol made the act of getting the rental SO EASY! My son (in his 20s) needed to rent a unit, and had no experience doing so. I called Carol, shared with her that he was coming in, and laid out all of the preliminaries. My experience was above and beyond! My rate is great and I was honestly treated like family. There are not many places you can say that about anymore. Would definitely recommend!
Carol, the manager is awesome. I have always considered myself very lucky to know her and she is a huge reason why Im renting there again. Her trusted co worker is a good guy too but I always prefer the sweet lady.

She was diligent, personable and great at communicating contracts, expectations of the facility and the flexibility of usage.
