Carol, the manager is awesome. I have always considered myself very lucky to know her and she is a huge reason why Im renting there again. Her trusted co worker is a good guy too but I always prefer the sweet lady.
I had the pleasure of working with Latesha, the manager, in getting a unit to store some personal items. She was so kind and respectful to my specific needs. She was diligent, personable and great at communicating contracts, expectations of the facility and the flexibility of usage. Latesha was so helpful! I went looking for some last minute storage and she was extremely welcoming and helped get my unit secured within the time frame needed. She was quick with paperwork and made it effortless. Highly appreciate and recommend Latesha, the manager.
Carol was amazing! I reserved the unit the day before online. Walked into the office the day I needed it, completed the paperwork in a timely manner. She was efficient and courteous and very friendly. The site is clean and very nice. Would highly recommend renting here.
