The gentlemen that was there today helped me and my friend through the sign up process and then went above and beyond to help us move some of our items into our unit here in cda. Super helpful and made us feel so confident about where we brought our business! Happy to store here.
I love that I could actually talk to a real person and not have to just rely on doing everything online. Ken was great. He was super friendly and transparent.
Everything was good did the whole process online the monthly rate seemed really good and I paid for it and then I got a call from them and all the sudden they're saying I need to buy $40 worth of moving supplies or I wouldn't get the low monthly rate so I asked for a refund and the lady on the phone said she would talk to the manager to bypass having to buy $40 worth of moving supplies so I could get that rate and then about an hour later I got a text message saying that I no longer have the storage unit that I had purchased... read more
While I cannot yet speak to the long term rental experience, I will say that Carol made the act of getting the rental SO EASY! My son (in his 20s) needed to rent a unit, and had no experience doing so. I called Carol, shared with her that he was coming in, and laid out all of the preliminaries. Carol became the mama bear that I needed her to be, and guided him through the whole process including making sure that he had the Uhaul truck that he needed, as well as other supplies. Carol, the manager is awesome. I have always considered myself very lucky to know her and she is a huge reason why Im renting there again. Her trusted co worker is a good guy too but I always prefer the sweet lady.
