This is by far one of the best storage units I've had it's somewhat climate controlled and well kept. The staff are always ready to help and the unit prices are great. They have security on site and they check the units to make sure they are correctly locked and notify you immediately if they aren't. Something I learned first hand. I have a unit at the McClellan location so I can only speak of this location. I love this place.
I can't say enough nice things about this storelocal!!! Nicole has been a lifesaver, she is so professional, knowledgeable, kind, prompt! The site will speak for itself when you see how clean it is. And trust me they definitely do daily lock checks because I ended up locking my unit exactly OPPOSITE of how Nicole showed me to lock it, which meant it wasn't locked and they called me to let me know. WOW this business and agent are "Top Notch".... I needed to relocate my Art Studio equipment/supplies in a hurry due to theft. Although it was a shared space everyone respected each other's space up in till recently. :-( So I started searching online for a safe, secure, and clean place I could rent ASAP. I highly recommend this storage facility. I was treated very good...Nicole was extremely nice and very helpful and a pleasure to work with. It's very reasonably priced and I am happy to do business with them!
I've had better service anywhere else. Everytime I go in no one is there to help. When I do get helped the person is rude. The storage lockers are not as clean as they look in the pictures and the locks on the units suck, I've had a few things stolen from my unit and was told it wasn't their responsibility.

We have someone in the office 5 days a week 9-5, if you need help after hours please coordinate with a manager, most likely we can help you out. We clean the storage units 1x a week, since everything is interior loading without exposure to the elements.
