Abby was so helpful and informative. I sent in a request to reserve a unit and she called me back so fast! I appreciated that because I had something unexpected come up and I needed a unit fast. She got me through the payment and application phases quickly also. Just had a great experience with her!

Overall, it was a good experience. The unit was clean, I never had issues accessing it, and the app to open and close the gate was really handy. We did have one box that got a little wet, so that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. That said, it was only slightly and not enough to do damage. I would definitely recommend using Storelocal.
