Staff came in early to help me. Very efficient with process.
Everything was great. Easy access and move out was smooth. I had planned on moving out before the price increase so that was not a big factor. However it did make me move a little faster.

The unit we rented was dirty. The door had to be propped open or it fell on you. The concrete was spaulding (meaning it was flaking up) and leaving concrete dust everywhere. There was water leakage that caused boxes to be wet on the bottom from condensation from the ground. The driveway in front of our unit was dangerously sloped considering you had to move large objects from your car to the unit. It was rundown. But the staff was nice.

The website is useless. When I tried to rent a space it would say it had timed out regardless of how quickly I filled the form. I was able to successfully reserve a unit, but when I tried to convert to a rental it said it was preparing documents then sat at 100% overnight. That was after having to do all of the ID and photo verification. We finally were able to rent a unit in person after 3 days of trying to catch someone in the office, because they only have one person managing 3 sites.
