They don’t remove snow from the front of your door, so bring a shovel. Representative not on sight, it’s all remote. All units have a combination lock owned by the company. My original unit had a nonfunctional lock. Had to get back on the phone to be reassigned to another unit ( remember, no one on site). Good pricing, half off first month. No complaints. Conveniently located in Feeding Hills right at the end of rt. 57 highway. Very secure but easy access to unit which is good size for the price.

Great location with ease of access/exit. Units are in pristine condition. Staff is accommodating.
Price is still one of the best in the area. Facility is clean and easy to navigate. Been renting for 7 months and have had no issues. Every time I've reached out to customer service it's been easy and everyone has been very polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again and suggest them to others in the future.
