Price is still one of the best in the area. Facility is clean and easy to navigate. Been renting for 7 months and have had no issues. Every time I've reached out to customer service it's been easy and everyone has been very polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again and suggest them to others in the future.
I've had my unit for a few months now and needed help with entry one time and billing another. Both times my problems were resolved immediately without any issue. I highly recommend storing your stuff here if space is available! The call center and owner are all very friendly. The price is more than reasonable and the facility is very clean and automated. Great job keeping it safe in the winter months too!
I was nervous about the change in ownership at first, but the new owner, Greg, has been more than accommodating and very helpful and kind through the whole transition which has made everything so much easier! I have been renting a storage unit here for at least 5 years now. I’m very excited to see all the new updates that are coming! Being able to make payments online is definitely a big one that is super helpful for me personally!
Greg the manager is absolutely amazing very respectful attentive and helpful I can call and no matter what I get a response definitely a good place to have a storage iv had mine their for almost a yr now and haven’t had any problems
Absolutely not, 1- you raised my fee tremendously 2- I was charged a extra month because I wanted to leave at 28 days.
