I had my unit for almost a year. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful. I went with them originally because the units are the cheapest in town. I did have rodents come in for some modeling clay I had packed, it may have had ingredients in it they smelled. Make sure to have nothing animals will want in your unit and they won't come. No rodents once the clay was out. Overall lovely experience having a unit at storage solutions.
Storelocal has been great - service is fast, rates are good, security is prioritized, and the units are clean and as advertised. Layna went above and beyond to show us multiple units before we decided which one we needed - she is professional yet laidback, and you can tell she cares about her job! Positive experience overall.
Not sure if my previous 5 star review posted or not. I rented a 10x30 space and so far my interaction with management has been very good. I really like access to the gate using my smartphone
Really great experience renting here so far! It was quick and easy to do the paperwork online, and I didn't have to communicate with anyone face to face or sit in the office. Priced reasonably. Crystal was so kind to call me the day I was moving and even send me a highlighted map so I could easily find my unit. The bluetooth gate opening works perfect every time, so much easier than having to punch in a code or use an other key. Would recommend!
This storage unit facility was user friendly, easy to access, and the staff was professional, exercised prompt responsiveness, and informative. Lena thank you for an easy check out as well.
