This has been an incredible experience. Storage seems boring, but this place is state of the art. I love the digital access from my phone. It's good knowing my stuff is safe and I can control who has access to it. A+ job, Storelocal!
Bishop was very helpful explaining the process and all the different sizes they have available. This facility is top-notch, the locks are electronic and used by an app, super state-of-the-art.
Extremely nice facility, secure units. Wouldn't recommend using the facility bathroom to go to the jacksons across the street. It's nice to be able to use your phone to access not only the entrance but your unit via the app. I will say the only con to the state of the arc lock system is that sometimes it has trouble connecting to your app via Bluetooth, and you need wifi or data to access it, in some areas you might have a poor signal making it mildly difficult for your app to connect. I love this place for storage! I love their entry system, the app is so much better than keys and locks! And key codes to get in and out has always annoyed me! It’s 24 hours, which I love, and the lights automatically turn on as you get close to them inside. The only thing I wish different is I wish they had a restroom!
Bishop did a great job helping me rent a storage unit over the phone. He was efficient and had great customer service!! He assisted me in signing the documents online and he was very professional!!
