Extremely nice facility, secure units. Wouldn't recommend using the facility bathroom to go to the jacksons across the street. It's nice to be able to use your phone to access not only the entrance but your unit via the app. I will say the only con to the state of the arc lock system is that sometimes it has trouble connecting to your app via Bluetooth, and you need wifi or data to access it, in some areas you might have a poor signal making it mildly difficult for your app to connect. Great experience was super easy and a great price! Highly recommend. Only think is a map of where units are would be nice just because it can be a little disorientating finding it at first, it’s possible there is one that I just didn’t see. Other than that it was overall quick and easy!!
I love my new storage!!! So easy to sign up. My unit was clean and pristine. I even was followed up by David Pollock to make sure everything was ok and if he could assist me with anything further. All around a "Boise FEEL" if you ask me ask me. 1 suggestion though, more karts to bring stuff in on or make more assessible to tenants. Thanks.
Shelli was awesome in fixing our missing reservation. She went the extra mile to help is through the process and even drive us to our storage unit ensuring we can get acess.
In one word... Terrible. Had a reservation and showed up day of. This is an unmanned and remotley managed. When using the app to check in it failed every time. Made a new reservation scanning the qr code at entrance and it failed every time. Called the listed number for 30 minutes and no one would answer. Left numerous voicemails which were never returned. Even tried the line for existing customers that needed help entering and no one answered. Ended up going to Idaho Self storage which had super friendly and helpful people ... read more
