This has been an incredible experience. Storage seems boring, but this place is state of the art. I love the digital access from my phone. It's good knowing my stuff is safe and I can control who has access to it. A+ job, Storelocal!
Bishop was very helpful explaining the process and all the different sizes they have available. This facility is top-notch, the locks are electronic and used by an app, super state-of-the-art.
Bishop did a great job helping me rent a storage unit over the phone. He was efficient and had great customer service!! He assisted me in signing the documents online and he was very professional!!
Great experience was super easy and a great price! Highly recommend. Only think is a map of where units are would be nice just because it can be a little disorientating finding it at first, it’s possible there is one that I just didn’t see. Other than that it was overall quick and easy!!
Extremely nice facility, secure units. Wouldn't recommend using the facility bathroom to go to the jacksons across the street. It's nice to be able to use your phone to access not only the entrance but your unit via the app. I will say the only con to the state of the arc lock system is that sometimes it has trouble connecting to your app via Bluetooth, and you need wifi or data to access it, in some areas you might have a poor signal making it mildly difficult for your app to connect.
