Cynder is fantastic to work with and the facility is well run. I am leaving today as I have sold my vehicle no longer need storage, but would absolutely come back should the need arise.
This place is amazing they are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to help people. Especially Jessica she was amazing.
The review is based on my experience with the manager Cynder. They were always super helpful and went above and beyond. They always made sure I was taken care of and always had a helping hand out. As a storage unit I give it 3 1/2 stars. The introductory price was great but my rent kept going up and it got to the point I had to find something cheaper. The unit are nice and spacious, and the property is conveniently placed in an area where I didn’t experience much traffic.
Cynder assisting me over the phone and in-person and did a phenomenal job. I feel comfortable keeping my storage items at this facility in part, due to the excellent customer service I received from Cynder. I am very happy with this storage facility who overs over th top customer service, and at a reasonable price.
I store my RV here. I’m wholeheartedly giving them five stars because: 🧹Clean and tidy, always, plus decorated seasonally 😇Friendliest and most efficient staff (Cynder is a GEM) 💰Extremely reasonably priced; great value 📍Convenient location 👮♂️Safe and secure; peace of mind I might be selling my RV and I won’t need the space any more, but I’ll genuinely miss it if that happens!
