The facility is very clean and well maintained. Veronica was awesome and pleasant to work with-- showed me the options that suited my needs and went through all the details. Storing here was an easy decision

When there is an emergency need to get into the unit (because there is no electricity to the keypads), no help is available. No contact, even after having requested a call from the district manager. Plans made, expenses incurred. No backup plan to guarantee access to our items as agreed to.
