I am writing to report a serious issue with the keypads used to access the storage building. They have been broken, with signs hanging off them, for the past three weeks. As a customer who pays a significant amount for storage, this is unacceptable. We have attempted to access our unit on four separate occasions but have been unable to do so due to the malfunctioning keypads. Suzanne is wonderful! She is very friendly and helpful. She is amazing! When I was having a hard time emptying my house, Suzanne was able to get me another storage unit right next to my first one. She remembers my name! (No one bothers anymore...) Makes me feel welcome. I've rented other storage units before. They were always a mess with boxes and broken items around.
