If I could give zero stars I would! Don’t store your stuff here! This place is disgusting, and no management on staff. All my kids college belongings were ruined. No locked doors and random people coming in and out just to use the rest room that was also disgusting and dirty. All my stuff smelled of urine and found open food containers in my unit when I haven’t been there all summer. After several call to management no one has answer to why.
Worst storage unit I've ever had. Over the last year my total bill has increased by 45%!!!! And for what, you may ask? Has the service improved? Absolutely not. There are two garage doors that service all the units, one of them has remained inoperable for at least the last six months, more likely eight months. The units are "climate controlled" for temperature, but during the summer months it is extremely humid inside. So humid that anything made of cloth that I had stored was covered in mildew. I am writing to report a serious issue with the keypads used to access the storage building. They have been broken, with signs hanging off them, for the past three weeks. As a customer who pays a significant amount for storage, this is unacceptable. We have attempted to access our unit on four separate occasions but have been unable to do so due to the malfunctioning keypads. Says the units are climate controlled but it’s clearly not when you get in there and out stuff got all moldy because of it
I moved my son's items from school for the summer into our unit. The whole facility is extremely clean, looks almost brand new. Real easy to move in, they even had carts to help move the heavy stuff. The employee was fantastic, absolutely helpful, and I strongly recommend!
