I am writing to report a serious issue with the keypads used to access the storage building. They have been broken, with signs hanging off them, for the past three weeks. As a customer who pays a significant amount for storage, this is unacceptable. We have attempted to access our unit on four separate occasions but have been unable to do so due to the malfunctioning keypads. Worst storage unit I've ever had. Over the last year my total bill has increased by 45%!!!! And for what, you may ask? Has the service improved? Absolutely not. There are two garage doors that service all the units, one of them has remained inoperable for at least the last six months, more likely eight months. The units are "climate controlled" for temperature, but during the summer months it is extremely humid inside. So humid that anything made of cloth that I had stored was covered in mildew.
