I received an email stating there was mold in the building and given two weeks to move my household goods. I live in another country! When I talked to them to try to get two more weeks, they said no! They don’t care about their customers.
Have no office so everyting is done online. Use a QR code system to move out and when I did that it wasnt working and said blocked by the provider (common when someone didnt pay their bill) and so I couldnt do the form to move out. Charged me an extra month.
