Very easy to work with. Secure easy access and very clean building. I've had multiple units there over last 5+ years and its always easy to make changes as my needs change.
Easy, courteous, fast. Clean units. Easy to enter, wide corridors, carts available for moving items.
I had issues online trying to rent out a unit( it was my fault). A gentleman called me and assisted me through the process and had answered all of my questions. It definitely reassured me that choosing storhouse was a great choice!
Clean place. Great building temperature at all times. Always proper lighting. My belongings never had mildew or spider webs. It's within the normal price range. Been renting here since 2021.
I had a miserable, sleepless and exhausting trip from Maine back down here to Quakertown. I was in no mood for any drawn out BS and that's why I'm singing high praises to Kristen! She 100% took me by the hand and kindly and efficiently moved me through the process of securing a locker and returning my truck! She was patient, informative and and all around exceptional. Thank you!!
