Good rate.....clean building.....didn't like the location of my unit, but I'll sacrifice because of the rate.....thought the "mandatory" content insurance is a scam. I've had units with Uhaul and Budget Store & Lock & never had to purchase "mandatory" content insurance. They made me print my insurance policy to show I had content coverage anywhere included, which I thought is none of their business. The total price is never the price that they Advertise. It's understandable for the price to change once for tax and what not but 3 times I just want to storage unit that is the same or no more then ten dollar more then the advertise price.
This is our second time renting space here and both times the staff was extremely helpful. I start using the on-line system and then end up calling, and within minutes my questions are answered. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the units. You make life easy! Thanks!
Just recently moved into these storage units, and I cannot feel more satisfied with the unit I have rented. Safe, clean, and climate controlled.
