Allison is wonderful! We have had a couple of “emergency” situations in which we needed a storage unit ASAP. Allison has always come through. Storplace is the most professional storage place we have ever dealt with. They are great!
I moved back to the area a few years ago and needed to store an extra vehicle for a little while. The staff at StorPlace was helpful, courteous and professional. Whenever I've had a question or needed to rent additional space due to some life changes, they didn't hesitate to get me the info and give me prompt service. Their prices are reasonable and their service is superb. I highly recommend them for any storage need.
Allison and Conner were such a great help! They answered all of my questions, set me up same day and were a joy to talk to! We also received an amazing rate! This is my third time using Storplace here in Bowling Green and I will definitely be back!
This is a great place! I had my vehicle parked here, outside, for a year. My vehicle was totally safe and remained just the way I left it. Alison is very pleasant and fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely use it again!
Highly recommended:) Allison and Conner were an absolute pleasure to work it. From phone to rent, it was a very smooth process. She even let us view 2 different unit sizes to see which would fit our needs. Now that’s some excellent customer service I’m happy to share!
