Excellent experience from start to finish! I was able to complete the entire rental process online, and a lock and key were already waiting inside my unit. The facility was clean, secure, easy to access, and the provided gate instructions worked perfectly—I would definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend! Great location with wonderful service. Allison was always so helpful and ready to assist me with all my storage needs and questions. The storage units were in great shape and I felt confident that my belongings were safe there.
Very straightforward and easy to get a unit here, compared to every other storage business in town we had tried. They are really nice and very understanding and they have great prices and awesome employees. I will definitely be using this company more often for my storage needs.
I had such a great experience working with Allison! She was so helpful answering my questions & made the process smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. Allison took the time to make sure our unit was appropriate for our storage needs and followed up to make sure we had no issues. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was truly invested in providing the best customer service! Her professionalism and communication were top notch!
Very satisfied with the unit and ease of access. Stored my mother’s things there for a few months.
