We’ve had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit here at the Barfield location. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, but what truly sets this place apart is the customer service. Bill has been absolutely fantastic — always friendly, incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable. We were with them for approx 4 years. Started out at another place besides Stor place. Wasn't very good (ended up with rats)but when they switched to the Stor place on veterans its been excellent!! They're so nice and friendly. Place is clean and quiet. Would use again! And highly recommend.
I have been a customer of StorPlace for years but at another location when the other manager referred me to the Veteran’s facility and told me to ask for “Bill” and when I walked in Mr. Bill greeted me and made me feel like we’ve know each other for years. I would like to give 10 stars for the service I received at Storplace. Here's why. Through my own fault, I hadn't completed the storage unit rental process, and the morning the moving truck arrived, I was in full panic mode. Kelley and Tambra went above and beyond to escalate the process, and I was able to secure the perfect unit and the rest of the move went smoothly. We loved the Climate Controlled Units. Easy to unload with the carts that are on site. Security is strong with personalized passwords. The people in office especially Bill are very informative and helpful. Highly Recommend!
