We’ve had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit here at the Barfield location. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, but what truly sets this place apart is the customer service. Bill has been absolutely fantastic — always friendly, incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had an issue occur yesterday. Customer service on the phone was no help and did not handle the situation properly. However, I wanted to thank and point out Terry the site manager. Even with it being a weekend, once she was made aware of the problem, stepped in immediately and helped me! I can not thank her enough! She is so kind and a fantastic manager! Thank you Storplace for letting me put my belongings in your care with trust and kindness! Highly recommend this location!
The staff is great and it's nice having a gated storage unit. I'm not a fan of auto pay so they are kind enough to text me letting me know my storage bill is ready to pay. You can pay online or give them a call. Overall Amazing place and staff! 10/10 recommend
I have had units at the Barfield StorPlace location for 3 years now. These folks have always been so polite and professional yet friendly and family oriented. Always willing to lend an ear when in need and go over and beyond to help out folks who are in a kink. If you need a "home" for your extra stuff, this is it! Clean, up to date facility, secure.
I would like to give 10 stars for the service I received at Storplace. Here's why. Through my own fault, I hadn't completed the storage unit rental process, and the morning the moving truck arrived, I was in full panic mode. Kelley and Tambra went above and beyond to escalate the process, and I was able to secure the perfect unit and the rest of the move went smoothly.
