I had an issue occur yesterday. Customer service on the phone was no help and did not handle the situation properly. However, I wanted to thank and point out Terry the site manager. Even with it being a weekend, once she was made aware of the problem, stepped in immediately and helped me! I can not thank her enough! She is so kind and a fantastic manager! Thank you Storplace for letting me put my belongings in your care with trust and kindness! Highly recommend this location!
I would like to give 10 stars for the service I received at Storplace. Here's why. Through my own fault, I hadn't completed the storage unit rental process, and the morning the moving truck arrived, I was in full panic mode.
