I would like to give 10 stars for the service I received at Storplace. Here's why. Through my own fault, I hadn't completed the storage unit rental process, and the morning the moving truck arrived, I was in full panic mode. Kelley and Tambra went above and beyond to escalate the process, and I was able to secure the perfect unit and the rest of the move went smoothly. This was a great experience, working with StorPlace! Perfect for our moving needs. We used a 10x30 inside unit for a short term move and construction. Perfect solution and a very friendly staff at the Murfreesboro, Veterans location.
Steve is an amazing human. I walked in, and BOOM! The welcome was warming, answered all questions. He shared every piece of information needed. Steven is truly professional personable human. Thank you for trusting him to run this station. I slept well last night, knowing Steven squared me away honestly.
We loved the Climate Controlled Units. Easy to unload with the carts that are on site. Security is strong with personalized passwords. The people in office especially Bill are very informative and helpful. Highly Recommend!
Tiffany was great to work with and went out of her way to help me. The location is fantastic and the prices are awesome, the unit looks great. I highly recommend it.
