Incredible Customer Service (🏅 Bill Is Absolutely Wonderful 🏅). He is so helpful, such a great guy and very professional. The facilities are always clean. Well lit! The office offers moving supplies which is very convenient. It has a Coded/Keypad Automated Gate Entry which gives us a feeling of security for the items we are storing at this facility. Highly recommend them for your storage needs! ( 🏅 Best Place In Town 🏅)
We loved the Climate Controlled Units. Easy to unload with the carts that are on site. Security is strong with personalized passwords. The people in office especially Bill are very informative and helpful. Highly Recommend!
This review is a long time coming. Angelina was our first point of contact and made a point to call us back (even just for updates to let us know we weren't forgotten about as she was awaiting a manager's input on a unique request), and after traveling, Anna recognized us from Angelina's post-it notes and picked up the lead, also being incredibly helpful and kind.
