*Angela has given me the best customer service out of anyone, ever and I work in the customer service industry! Not only did she stay late for me when I was first unloading 26ft truck. She took the time to describe everything to me about this storage facility( it was already 20-30mins past closing. Today 4/21/25 I arrived at 540pm. Angela was in her car about to turn out. My husband and I went to get a storage unit and Angela was amazing and very clear in her instructions and so helpful. She is exactly what customer service is and should be. I will definitely be referring family and friends here. Kindness is free and she exceeded that. The customer service skills that she provided was outstanding. We’ve had a great experience with StorPlace so far. Check in was seamless, prices are fair, and we’ve been able to get in and out of our unit no problem. Management was very friendly and helpful- she truly makes it feel like a community. She helped us get on the app too so we just hit a button on our phone for easy access to the premises. Highly recommend!
I originally got the last 5x10,but it was in the back of the building. Since you can't directly pull up in front of it,I upgraded to the 10x10 and Angela was very accommodating.
Such an easy process! Angela was super cool and informative. She got me squared away and set up with a unit within minutes. The location is great, excellent security, and not hard to find.
