Best customer service experience with Angela. This is someone who goes out of her way to be helpful all the time. She is consistent in providing quality service to her customers. Highly recommend!
*Angela has given me the best customer service out of anyone, ever and I work in the customer service industry! Not only did she stay late for me when I was first unloading 26ft truck. She took the time to describe everything to me about this storage facility( it was already 20-30mins past closing. Today 4/21/25 I arrived at 540pm. Angela was in her car about to turn out. The storage facility is good, but what makes this place 5 stars is Angela at the front counter. You couldn’t ask for a more helpful and friendly person. She made the process of moving in super easy for my wife and I and as long as she’s there, we have no plans to look elsewhere for our storage needs.
My husband and I went to get a storage unit and Angela was amazing and very clear in her instructions and so helpful. She is exactly what customer service is and should be. I will definitely be referring family and friends here. Kindness is free and she exceeded that. The customer service skills that she provided was outstanding. Thanks Angela for making our experience amazing!!
Angela and the team at StorPlace on Old Hickory Blvd have been a breath of fresh air to work with! Setting up our short term rental for the summer was easy, move-in was convenient, and communication is always prompt. We will be using them for years to come and will recommend others do the same.
