I have been a tenant at StorPlace on Old Hickory Blvd going on 3 yrs now. They have a wonderful staff especially Angela that takes pride of their tenants well being and any other concerns. I have known Angela for years now and she's amazing with a beautiful personality. Angela has been wonderful from the very start! StorPlace is right down the road from my house and my unit is easy to access. Any time I have questions or need anything, Angela is so helpful and kind. She has 10/10 customer service!
Angela was fantastic! She was very understanding throughout the whole process and courteous in her service. When obstacles came up, Angela helped resolve and adjust around them. At the same time, the rental prices were very reasonable and accessing your storage was very convenient. All around positive experience!
I rented an indoor unit for little more than a year with no problems. Pricing was competitive and straight forward, there were no hidden fees or price increases. The property is gated and secure, I never felt unsafe stopping by alone after dark. My experience was great and I’ll utilize their services again in the future, if needed.
Angela has provided invaluable customer service throughout the time our agency utilized the OHB location facility. She was extremely helpful, patient and answered all my questions.
