*Angela has given me the best customer service out of anyone, ever and I work in the customer service industry! Not only did she stay late for me when I was first unloading 26ft truck. She took the time to describe everything to me about this storage facility( it was already 20-30mins past closing. Today 4/21/25 I arrived at 540pm. Angela was in her car about to turn out. We’ve had a great experience with StorPlace so far. Check in was seamless, prices are fair, and we’ve been able to get in and out of our unit no problem. Management was very friendly and helpful- she truly makes it feel like a community. She helped us get on the app too so we just hit a button on our phone for easy access to the premises. Highly recommend!
Such an easy process! Angela was super cool and informative. She got me squared away and set up with a unit within minutes. The location is great, excellent security, and not hard to find.
Came in and was able to get the unit I needed with no hassle. The service was great, they answered all my questions and explained everything very well. I will definitely send my friends and family there.
I definitely can get used to this location. Friendly staff. Ms Angela was very knowledgeable and clear about the site. Also no hidden fees or crazy costs amounts. I being new to the area and a business owner myself, really can appreciate honest and professional services!
