Hands down, the nicest people you will ever meet in this business - Matt was great! And Berkeley the dog was on point. I’ve rented more times than I can count over the past 30yrs, this is one of the nicest/cleanest facilities!
I can’t say enough amazing nice things on the staff Lori and Mark. They are the dream team and are absolutely through, detailed, and highly professional with explaining all on the storage rental. They took great care of my son who attends MTSU. From start to finish was so smooth for us. Look no further if in need of a reputable storage facility. They will have us as new clients next 4 years. 😀
Can't say enough about this place, it's very well maintained, the climate control where I got the unit was very cool, the lady which I interacted with has a beautiful soul, with every word she spoke, she had a smile on her face. Thank you so much! I'm not good with remembering names, so see pictures below!
Every one was extremely nice. I showed after hours because I did not read the email correctly but I was still helped and got my unit. They showed me were my unit was and even gave me and the people helping me a water. This is the third storage place that I've been to and none of them come close to StorPlace. Lori was great very informative and helpful. Thank you.
