Matt took care of us!! My dad the whole time complimented his amazing customer service how helpful and smooth he made the process. My dad also loved the fact there was a dock for his truck , garage , dollys! For a blue collar worker he was insanely impressed lol !! Back to Matt , he was amazing overall , when i had trouble with my unit he ran over to help explained the lock system to me and my dad throughly and was just overall amazing , i definitely recommend this place and Matt 100%
Super easy to set up my account online so when I went in they had everything ready. Matt was helpful and made sure I knew exactly where my unit was and how to get in. 100% recommend
Mrs. Kim was so incredibly helpful with my purchase! She was very knowledgeable and kind and has outstanding customer service. She is such a wonderful asset to this location. I am very thankful for her help and it was wonderful talking her!!!
