I had a great experience with StorPlace Self Storage on Central Pike in Hermitage for the last several years. Kylie and Kourtney were always helpful with any questions and were very pleasant to work with. I recommend anyone who needs storage to go see them.

Kourtney went above and beyond to assist in "a moment of crisis"!!! Even on her 1 day off!!! After meeting her in person I was assured that she is approachable, professional, responsive and gets things done!!! I so appreciate my entire experience during a high stress event!!!!! I found the facility convenient, accessible, clean and perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend StorPlace and Kourtney!!!

This storage place is the best. It’s convenient, well kept, very secure and Kourtney and Kylie are the best. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage place.

I absolutely love the professional atmosphere. They are always very patient with assisting me. I enjoy walking inside the store to make my payments to feel the warmth of kindness.
