They are wonderful to work with! It was a quick booking due to time limits and it was flawless. Was able to move everything in the day of. They were very clear about their rules and expectation. When I needed to move into a smaller unit they found one close by so I didn’t have to move all of my stuff across the property. And the process of terminating my storage unit was easy as well. Definitely recommend! They are reasonably priced and easy to access!
Stan is amazing and very personable. Very clean and professional facility. Left a message for the manager. She was on vacation and Stan had all of my paperwork ready to go when I arrived. Will definitely do business with this facility again and recommend it highly.
Amy was incredibly helpful with my unit. The facility is spotless, and the service was truly exceptional. It’s refreshing to experience genuine customer service from people who really care. You can tell they take great pride in maintaining their space. I’ll definitely be a long-term customer here.
I had called about a storage unit. The manager there was Amy she was very helpful and kind on the phone. I told her I would be in in about an hour for a storage unit. I got the she immediately greeted me at the door and asked how she could help me. So we went on I got the unit and after her customers left she came out in the cold and showed me where it was. She was great I would recommend StorPlacd Self Storage to any one. I loved my experience there
We were very happy with our experience with storage here for over ten years and not one issue or problems very safe and secure and well managed and always cleaned well! Highly recommend Stan for your next storage unit. Kudos CB
