Both Kelly and Tambra are always friendly and pleasant every time I am there. They always have a smile on their faces and always answer whatever question I might have. They are always willing to be helpful when I need something!
StorePlace is very clean and secure. Tambra and Kelly both went above and beyond helping me choose the right space for my needs. I was already familiar with this property from helping a friend during her move out process. Every time I have been on the property I have been very impressed with how well kept it is.
I would like to leave an outstanding review for Kelly! She’s not only friendly and knowledgeable but she always goes above and beyond with every transaction that is requested. Kellie is amazing, she got me into a unit close to the entrance gate and that makes it easier for me. She is a very pleasant person to work with, keeps the facility clean and has all the products l needed for moving my stuff in. We have been using StorPlace Self Storage, off Thompson Lane, for years. The convenience of the location for our business is why we picked it years ago but the friendliness and the attentiveness of the staff is why we have stayed. Anytime we need something or have a question Kelly has always been there with a smile to help us.
