Easy to lease. Joni walked me through the paperwork and made it super easy for an older person to understand. Very clean storage. I only needed it for about 6 months and it suited my needs. Ryan was very very nice when I went to cancel. If I ever need another storage I would certainly try this place before any others. I had already heard that the ones that managed it were very nice to work with.
Stopped in for information and Joni was very helpful and put me on the waitlist for a storage unit for my business a couple months ago and Ryan called me as soon as one became available and told me I could stop by and look at it. When I stopped in, Ryan showed me a couple more options to consider as well as telling me about some upgrades which were made to the property. We had a great experience, renting a storage unit for our RV from Rivergate Storage for eight years. Joni and Ryan always provided excellent customer service. We recently sold our RV and had to cancel our storage unit.. I would return to their business anytime in the future.
We had a fantastic experience with this facility. They had the right sized unit exactly when I needed it. Staff was always responsive. Highly recommended
If I could give negative stars I would. Paid for a unit for three months. With in 24hrs they called police who searched and found nothing because I do not do illegal activities than kicked me out for them calling police. Kept my money. Liars and thieves
