We stored nearly half a house worth of stuff here after a move that involved downsizing. The rates were great for the large unit that we had. We used our storage space for about a year and a half, and never had any issues whatsoever. Joni and Ryan were so wonderful every time we had any qualestions or concerns. I'd 100% recommend this facility to any friends looking for storage.
I have used the Madison location since 2019. Always safe with a friendly staff (shout out to Ryan and Joni for their assistance), and the facilities are kept clean. I just moved out as the unit was no longer needed. I recommend them as a solid storage facility. Thumbs up!
Great storage place! This is the third unit I have leased with them. Joni was a lifesaver! Great communicator! Ryan helped me with my other unit (before I needed to size up). They are a great team! At a very, exhausting and stressful time (clearing a family home due to death), its a game changer to have the support of organized, professional, helpful people!
Both Ryan and Joni are fantastic to deal with. Pricing was simple and their willingness to allow me to choose the best location for me was greatly appreciated.
I've had my unit for several years, but retirement and my wife's insistence that" I stop buying %!?¥!" made me give it up. The storage units are very secure. The one time I drove away without locking my outside unit, I got a call within the hour that my unit was not secured. Joni and Ryan have been great to work with, and if I need a unit in the future, I'll know where to get one!!
