Nice working with Anna today. She has such a bubbly personality but professional and made the process easy and understandable. This is my second time renting from them this will always be my go to place. I highly recommend.
I used a 10x15 climate controlled unit for the last 15 years to hold household belongings. The staff has always been pleasant, the facility has always been very clean and bug free, and I have never experienced any issues. I have personally always felt secure on the grounds and felt that my the storage items were secure with the gated fence, all of the onsite cameras and the neighborhood location. I highly recommend this place and will use it again if I ever need storage.
The staff is Great! I like the added security that comes with renting from them! They go above and beyond if you're like me and don't like auto pay. I get an email and a text letting me know that it's due and sometimes a reminder text because if I don't pay it then I completely forget but they have always been friendly and nice from every text message and email! 10/10 recommend!
Anna and Tiffany are amazing. Needed to add a unit and they searched the inventory, found the best size and pricing for me and my family to keep us all in one location. Truly appreciate everything they do. They’re always so helpful and friendly anytime you need anything in the office thank you both!!!
I used The StorPlace 10 years ago when I had my last RV, and they always treated me well and had a safe clean facility to park my trailer. I recently got back into RVing and decided to go back to The StorePlace on Veterans in M’boro. Tiffany helped me set up a new contract and made the entire experience a breeze!
