Jess was so awesome to work with. We needed a storage unit at the last minute. She was able to help us over the phone and we were able to start moving right away. She has such a sweet personality. The facility is close to our home and the property is very clean. Thank you so much. Also I believe the person on site, want to say Anna. Was wonderful to work with and was very helpful.
Wonderful experience! Quality units, good price that remained the same for the year I was renting the unit, customer service always top notch, which says a lot in the current day and age. I will use StorPlace again in the future.
Stacy was AMAZING! I tried to cut cost and went to a close by, very sub par facility. I quickly realized my valuables were better cared for and more secure at StorPlace. Stacy helped me get set up very quickly! Should have just come here in the first place!
