I rented a climate control unit from Tammy and she was extremely helpful and kind. She showed me exactly where it was located before I left and took care of setting up my auto pay!!! Highly recommended!!
I rented a unit and realized I suddenly had to move out of state the very next day. I emailed and called them the next day asking to cancel and explaining the situation and received no response. I received an invoice for October today 9/16/24 so I emailed them again asking for a refund since I am not going to be using the unit and am no longer in the state. Im so grateful to everyone that helped my wife and I feel confident about choosing StorPlace in Hermitage. We lost most of our belongings recently in a disaster that destroyed the home we lived in. What we were able to salvage we had to put into storage. Luckily, we were able to retreive the most important things to a family under the circumstances. I really couldnt ask for a better group of individuals to encounter during this stressful and sad time. I appreciate all of you! Thank you from our entire family.
Super easy to work with. They had availability when I needed it. Just needed a short term rental as I was preparing my home for sale. Nice to do business with!
