We have been storing here for a long time, and can't recommend it enough! The kiosk is a great feature, options for both indoor and outdoor storage, gated entry, and easy customer service access. Mrs Ball is quick to respond, the facilities are clean and well managed. We have never had any issues!

We stored our belongings here for four years. They were wonderful about communication and notices about any issues. We always knew our things were safe. We did learn that it's best to bag our items and and put them in totes to protect from mice and bugs (What were we thinking?!). Unless it's indoor storage, I'm sure varmints are inevitable.

Janet at Bonus room storage has helped us consistently while we lived out of state and my sister has been taking care of things locally. Janet made me feel I was the only customer. No detail too small or large.This is the ONLY storage I would use in this area! Thank you so much!

Janet could not have been nicer! She worked with our crazy, ever changing moving schedule and put my mind at ease by providing the space we needed. Wonderful site, clean and easy access. Absolutely the best experience ever! Thanks Janet and Bonus Room!

We really liked this place at first, but then they basically robbed us of $200 because they did not check their email and processed another months payment despite the fact we did not use the space. You would think they would have been cooperative as we tried to come to an agreement about a partial refund, but instead they were rude and hateful.
