Rates went up and up and up. Very little notice. Every few months rates went up. In a year or so my outdoor parking spot for a boat almost doubled. On the good side it was gated and my boat was safe. I think it’s fair to keep rates unchanged over the winter at least as it’s too hard to find another location and switch during storage season.
