I had lots of question and hesitation about renting a storage space. I called and spoke with Lloyd, after speaking with him I’m sure of my decision to rent a unit at extra storage.
I would not recommend this storage facility. The day I got my unit I found it full of old doors and frames. I called support to get help moving them or ask for a different unit. I didn’t get an immediate response so I spent time removing them myself. I didn’t hear back from the staff for at least 3-4 days. At no point did they apologize for the inconvenience. Setup and billing was easy. Location is a bit older. RODENT issues. Stored furniture and kids toys while renovating. Multiple boxes had been attacked by mice. At least one box had mouse babies in it upon bringing it home.
Nice storage, affordable. Has cameras outside for security
Stay away from this Storage company, it is not what it used to be.
