Every single person here—from the front desk staff to the techs and dentists—goes above and beyond to make kids feel completely comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere is cheerful, welcoming, and perfectly designed for children, which makes visits so easy and even fun! It is always a pleasure to have such a wonderful experience with such friendly and helpful customer service. Dr. Patrick is very informative and patient. My son had some dental work done here a couple of years ago that his current dentist was unable to perform, and even though I take him elsewhere for cleanings, he has expressed a preference for Storybook Smiles. The environment is always clean, and the coffee in the lobby is a nice touch 🤗🪥🦷✨️ I would certainly recommend Storybook Smiles to my family and friends.
Definitely recommend!! Dr Patrick made this a very easy experience, explained everything I needed to know also explained what he would be doing to my son!! The staff is very friendly the lady that took us to our Dino mountain room was the sweetest!! Definitely will be back!!!
If you're in or around Tyler and need a dentist for your littles this is the best place. The staff are the sweetest and so gentle with my kiddos. They make it a calming and fun experience. Each room is a different theme and the kids seem to love that. It's also got a little waiting room where the kids can play cafe, read, or an iPad expedition wall. They even have prizes after each visit for the kids.
My 5 and 1 year old LOVE Storybook Smiles, and Dr. Patrick is a great dentist! The staff is so happy and friendly every time we’re there. My 5 year old constantly asks when he can go back. Highly recommend!
