I’ve had storage units at a few different places over the years, but I’ve never had customer service like this. The manager, Brendan, is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the people renting here. He answered all my questions with patience, walked me through the rental process, and made sure I got the best unit for my needs. The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained. No issues at all with keeping my items, safe and secure. I do not agree with the pro rating or lack of. I understand prorating at a daily rate but only two days in one month should be prorated. I should not have had to pay for a whole month. Especially considering my flight was delayed, and that was the only reason I couldn’t get the storage unit empty. The place is good but way overpriced... The staff has consistently been most helpful and attentive. I moved in to a large unit in 1995 and moved out 2025. I could not continue to pay the exorbitant prices. I believe we started at about $150 per month and moved out when it hit $550 per month. I will miss the staff as they were a bright spot in visiting the storage. Larry Murray
Eve was professional and courteous. The location is clean and the access is secure and private. The only storage unit with a private boat dock! I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place and the best value in town.
I've had a storage unit with them for over 10-years in San Rafael, and the new Site Manager, Eva, is awesome. She's so friendly and accommodating. I've referred a lot of people to them over the years.
