Terrible, continuously raising rental fee and blaming it on inflation, place is dirty, mouse problem realized after starting to move out because of continuous rate increases. The elevator lift is a joke as it doesnt go to floor and most of the dollies/carts were in terrible condition. For as much as they charge on an open air, non climate controlled old dirty facility they should consider tearing that place down and rebuilding with a flood resistant 5 story facility, keeping the entire first floor(ground level) for parking a... read more

The lift that is supposed to be able to get your items into the upstairs units doesn't come all the way down to the floor, so you have to pick up your items off your dolly to load them onto the lift which is about 16 inches off the ground. Then you have to put your things back on the dolly when you get to the top floor. There are cobwebs all over by the lights leading up the stairs and I saw a black widow on the corner of the stairs leading upstairs. No elevator by the way. This place has everything I needed for storage. Clean, secure, well-lit and convenient access. Since it is entirely contained indoors it makes it easy to load and unload no matter what the weather. The manager there is super helpful and very friendly. Plus it has a really cool back area right on a waterway where you can hang out and enjoy the scenery in between trips. Pricing is average..reasonable for the amenities.

The five stars is only in memory of the previous manager Leslie. She is a fantastic human being and the only reason I stayed for the 7 years I did. After quite a nasty experience with an employee of the management company, I promised her I would leave when she did and I have. A little delayed, but without her this place cannot be the same. The new property management company kept bumping my rent up until it had gone up 100 percent. Now that they have lost Leslie's charm, I was only left with the sting of the price. We had an easy to access unit for 2 years. The folks who run the place are very nice, and the fact that it is on a quiet street makes it easy to load and unload
