Eve was professional and courteous. The location is clean and the access is secure and private. The only storage unit with a private boat dock! I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place and the best value in town.
I've had a storage unit with them for over 10-years in San Rafael, and the new Site Manager, Eva, is awesome. She's so friendly and accommodating. I've referred a lot of people to them over the years.
The representative for Slow Away or Pro Storage was pleasant on the phone and extremely helpful in navigating all that we needed during a stressful time. Thank you. I highly recommend this facility.
Easily accessible and clean. Perfect fit for our needs and Jessica made our move in a piece of cake.... she ensured our 10'x10' unit was cleaned (re-sweeping it herself!)... The available carts also made a big difference moving our stuff in🤙🏽
