The hours are very limited for the price. The resident manager, Eva, is superb at her job. excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The other employee, Brendan, has no customer service skills whatsoever. He is very rude and has no people skills. He is the main reason I moved to another storage. He closes the front door early and harasses you if you are still moving things 15 minutes before closing! Anytime I ask a question he sighs and doesn't listen!
Michael is in managing @ the Petaluma location. Without me asking he wend above and beyond to help me. I am disabled and live in San Rafael Marin County. I had a certain budget and a need of a elevator for the storage unit. He got me a storage unit priced for my budget in San Rafael, disability friendly.
Eva is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Such a saint and the most exemplary customer service representation of this company. She’s so warm, caring & efficient! I always look forward to seeing her!!
I’ve had storage units at a few different places over the years, but I’ve never had customer service like this. The manager, Brendan, is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the people renting here. Recently, I was going through the most stressful time in my life and needed storage immediately. While shopping around I came across Stow-A-Way mini storage in San Rafael. They're clean, and I know my things are secure. Their deals are great, and the staff that I met with was amazing. The manager, Eva, was so kind and compassionate.
