I’ve had storage units at a few different places over the years, but I’ve never had customer service like this. The manager, Brendan, is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the people renting here. He answered all my questions with patience, walked me through the rental process, and made sure I got the best unit for my needs. The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained. Recently, I was going through the most stressful time in my life and needed storage immediately. While shopping around I came across Stow-A-Way mini storage in San Rafael. They're clean, and I know my things are secure. Their deals are great, and the staff that I met with was amazing. The manager, Eva, was so kind and compassionate. She not only cares about this place, she cares about you!
No issues at all with keeping my items, safe and secure. I do not agree with the pro rating or lack of. I understand prorating at a daily rate but only two days in one month should be prorated. I should not have had to pay for a whole month. Especially considering my flight was delayed, and that was the only reason I couldn’t get the storage unit empty. Eva is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Such a saint and the most exemplary customer service representation of this company. She’s so warm, caring & efficient! I always look forward to seeing her!!
Eve was professional and courteous. The location is clean and the access is secure and private. The only storage unit with a private boat dock! I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place and the best value in town.
