Has ceramic braces managed at West lakes and Glenelg- great process until the day I went to get them off at West Lakes, a dental assistant (name unknown as she never introduced herself) from Norwood was covering, was unable to work the tools and struggled to get my braces off slipping multiple times and cutting my gums, then against advice used the wrong tool and actually dug into my tooth leaving a large dent/hole.
