We recently got plates for my son at Straight Smile Centre & it was a wonderful experience. Despite their busy and booked schedule, they went out of their way to fit us in for an early appointment, which I truly appreciated. Shayne ( treatment coordinator) was very helpful throughout the process. My son felt comfortable and wasn’t scared at all, which made everything so much easier. The staff were friendly at Straight Smile Centre West Lakes and didn’t make me feel ashamed about my bad overbite. The process of putting on my braces took a while but they made it as painless as possible. And what a great view.
My son had his braces done by Dr. Chen at West Lakes, and after about 18 months, they were finally removed last Thursday. We’re very happy with the results! Dr. Chen and the nursing staff were always friendly, professional, and informative. That said, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of an unpleasant experience on the very last day of his treatment.
