We recently got plates for my son at Straight Smile Centre & it was a wonderful experience. Despite their busy and booked schedule, they went out of their way to fit us in for an early appointment, which I truly appreciated. I have been consulting with Straight Smile Centre West Lakes for the past 6 months. From first consultation till today their team have been friendly and professional. Every staff member is extremely welcoming and friendly and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff keep you informed of everything that is happening. Dr Chen is amazing and his attention to detail is of the highest level. I highly recommend Straight Smile Centre for your orthodontic needs.
The staff were friendly at Straight Smile Centre West Lakes and didn’t make me feel ashamed about my bad overbite. The process of putting on my braces took a while but they made it as painless as possible. And what a great view.
My son had his braces done by Dr. Chen at West Lakes, and after about 18 months, they were finally removed last Thursday. We’re very happy with the results! Dr. Chen and the nursing staff were always friendly, professional, and informative.
