We had a fantastic experience at the Dawson Creek location today! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The staff is incredibly friendly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I've been a patient here since 2018, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Dr. Strasdin and the team helped me through my initial braces, and then seamlessly transitioned me to Invisalign when I needed a course correction (my fault for not wearing my retainer!). They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about getting you the perfect smile. Highly recommend!
Awesome! Tbh, you wouldn't think a small city with such a limited selection of options would result in one being so good. But they are, they work professionally, high quality customer/patient service and skill. Only thought is, wishing they had more days per/week available to be open. But as this city grows, which it will, they will, I'm sure.
Strasdin Orthodontics is the best! Nevaeh's teeth straightened faster than I expected. They provided absolutely outstanding service.
