The stretching center is awesome, especially Mac. Mac is knowledgeable and communicates extremely well when figuring out how far to stretch you. I fight my Dystonia symptoms with chiropractic care, massage and now stretching. I recommend the stretching center to all people who feel they need help in this area. I get a lot more relief when someone else stretches me verses when I do it on my own. Mac, I am still doing my hamstring exercises! Thanks!
Learning through the stretch center was exactly what I needed to get back into a career using my degree. I am appreciative of the job I have working as a Stretch Therapist for the Stretch Center and its training courses that allowed me to learn more about stretching and the importance of it more than I had known. If you are needing to stretch more or just want to learn some basic knowledge on the concept, I highly recommend the Stretch Center.
I took the Stretch Center course just prior to attending the University of Michigan - Flint's physical therapy program. I was looking to grow in my hands-on skills prior to starting the program, and this course was an excellent choice to help with this.
