Really great training. I've taken a few in person and online. I like that I always learn something new and I definitely did with this one. The resources provided are excellent. Lots of great information on anatomy and physiology of stretching. Really great for the new stretch practitioner. I'd recommend it for a new therapist or experienced.
Great class with well-delivered, succinct modules. The videos were extremely helpful, direct and to the point, and left me with no questions. The accompanying printable guide will also be an invaluable tool as I grow this part of my practice.
I have completed other stretch certifications. The Stretch Center by far is the best. It's well-paced and presented in an easy to understand format. The videos are helpful and well executed. I loved how thoroughly the program covered contraindications and the in take process. I feel very prepared to begin stretching my clients. Highly recommend this program.
My experience with the Assisted Stretch Certification was as smooth as I could have wanted! The course was very well designed and it was thorough. I purchased this course for CEU towards my NASM certification and it fulfilled the requirements. This was a 5/5 experience and I would recommend the course to anyone in the exercise science field.
I just finished my certification in assisted stretching. It involves many hours of sitting, especially for anatomy and watching the exercise videos, but if you study every day, it goes by quickly. It’s intensive. I personally study massage therapy, and this has helped me a lot to add value to my practice. I loved it—thank you, Stretch Center!
