In my 20+ years as a certified personal trainer, this assisted stretch therapist course has taught me how to effectively apply stretch therapy to my current and future clients. Applying proper stretching techniques to any healthy person or special population does matter if you want to be the best healthcare provider! Really great training. I've taken a few in person and online. I like that I always learn something new and I definitely did with this one. The resources provided are excellent. Lots of great information on anatomy and physiology of stretching. Really great for the new stretch practitioner. I'd recommend it for a new therapist or experienced.
