Really great training. I've taken a few in person and online. I like that I always learn something new and I definitely did with this one. The resources provided are excellent. Lots of great information on anatomy and physiology of stretching. Really great for the new stretch practitioner. I'd recommend it for a new therapist or experienced.
I have completed other stretch certifications. The Stretch Center by far is the best. It's well-paced and presented in an easy to understand format. The videos are helpful and well executed. I loved how thoroughly the program covered contraindications and the in take process. I feel very prepared to begin stretching my clients. Highly recommend this program.
Great class with well-delivered, succinct modules. The videos were extremely helpful, direct and to the point, and left me with no questions. The accompanying printable guide will also be an invaluable tool as I grow this part of my practice.
I have over 40 certifications at this point including several regarding flexibility and stretching. This is an excellent course, an incredible value, so inexpensive. Instead of including filler anatomy, they provide links to sources so you only spend money on what you need. The PDF manual has video links for every exercise so even if you are an absolute beginner you can safely begin to work in people right away. I’m truly grateful for the Stretch Center certification experience. The course was well-structured, informative, and hands-on, which helped me build both confidence and skill in assisted stretching.
