I retained Stringam Law to give me some advice regarding a Parenting Order I have in place. 2 weeks after the retainer was paid they failed to respond to any of my emails except the one in which they received the retainer/payment. When I called them to ask for my retainer back they said they were busy working on my affidavit. This was a total lie as I was simply asking for advice and there is no affidavit needed in my case. We met and explained the situation with Jordan, he assigned Aaron to the matter. Aaron came across as very passive infront of the Justice and did not follow our direction and didn't confer with us on a couple of points. As a result what we feared would happen did happen. In between he reached out to me saying the plaintiff was contacting him about visits, told him that was on him for not conferring with us about some of the details. He subsequently removed himself. So dis appointed, Carson was good but this is some strange people to never return calls. It’s ridiculous to leave several calls and get NONE in return, sorry I just don’t have anything good to see about this 🌲 And will NEVER recommend them
I was disappointed with my experience with Gail Hiscocks. From the outset, there were long delays, inconsistent communication, and minimal legal guidance. Despite repeatedly asking for advice, I often felt left in the dark about the next steps or available options.
