After retaining Nicole, a junior lawyer, for over 11 months, and feeling frustrated with the non-movement in my separation case, I requested a senior partner, Veronica Donald, review the file with Nicole. High priced incompetence. Tyler Keddie was hired to see me thru the sale of my company, he neglected to check the companies commercial lease for a personal guarantee (that his firm had drafted btw) resulting in myself being sued after the business partner I sold to went bankrupt and abandoned the lease. When you hire a “professional” to complete a simple share sale you would expect that checking a commercial lease for a personal guarantee would be common sense…considering a lease guarantee is arguably one of the most common ... read more
Horrible take your money and do nothing! This review is for money we paid for my wife Anne Smith at the time! Paid the retainer and 18 months later nothing has happened. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Sent multiple emails with no response. Waiting for a full refund.
