I started my family law case wit a student lawyer Carley Termeer of SGB law since Jan. 2014. The lawyer isn't following my instructions and refusing to do her job when I'm still paying my bills. On May 20, the frond deck person hanged off my phone call and refused to transfer my call to their managers. That afternoon 4pm, I went to the office to talk to their manager Haidi, the front desk told me she would work between 2:30 to 4:30 pm, the front desk told me she was suddenly in "vacation".
