Well, I was not the client of this firm, but the buyer of my house was. The buyer who hired the lawyer of this firm is feeling frustrated as her lawyer missed payment to my lawyer on possession date yesterday. The reason: They told the buyer, they didn’t receive documents from my lawyer who actually has sent documents to them by fax days ago. I think they were expecting to receive these documents by email? Professionalism is an issue. They knew the possession date, but knowingly ignored it without tracking with seller's lawy... read more
