I am thoroughly disgusted and deeply disappointed at the service from this pharmacy. My order was supposed to be shipped overnight. They decided it was no longer ship item refrigerated without ANY notice or word to me. Found out only after calling that they sent my order via USPS. No tracking number provided. And to top it off it will have been a total of a WEEK to get my order processed and received!!!! Not the 1-2 days that they state. I switched to this place by the suggestion of my care giver. This place has terrible hours. They close at 5:30pm, and are closed on weekends. I get off at 5 on the week days. They do deliver, but I don't want this delivered to my work. They don't have a direct way to call them. I missed my freeway exit, this put me 5 minutes late. I called to ask if someone can wait for me, they said that they will send them a message to stay for me, but they don't close till 6. I showed up at 5:35. There was nobody visible inside. I have really loved this pharmacy! Every employee that I have spoken with has been beyond kind. I’ve had great experiences when calling in. The employee was very kind and patient that I spoke with on the phone. He was very helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed. In person, those at the front desk have always been so nice and helpful. Definitely five stars from me.

Do you like being treated like a number? Do you like having your prescriptions shipped several days late without you being notified? Do you like incredibly unhelpful clerks who will mock your pain? Are you sick of your prescriptions not being doubled in price without your knowledge? If so this is the pharmacy for you. I had a great experience with Strive Pharmacy. My Doctors at Utah Holistic Health prescribed a new supplement for me. Within a couple of hours I received a text from strive with instructions to get the prescription filled. Coincidentally I was near their location today. I gave them a call and they had the supplemental ready for pickup this afternoon.!
