My wife has her prescription compounded at Strive and she hasn’t had any issues that I’m aware of.
Unfortunately I just experienced poor customer service. I felt I was treated like an incompetent human being on the phone. My last couple of doses of medication could not be drawn out of the bottle I have already paid for. Clearly something is defective. That’s ok I’ll take my business elsewhere. I usually only leave positive reviews, but I am bothered when I am treated poorly. I really would have appreciated a kinder approach even if the outcome was the same. Updated review DO NOT USE STRIVE PHARMACY! Strive has become the most difficult pharmacy to work with over the past year. Each time we need refills, we have to speak to at least 3 people in different locations. If we just want a price, they have us email another department, who never responds. The pharmacists have become so condescending and rude when trying to ask questions. I would recommend finding another compounding pharmacy. I work for a clinic that has partnered with Strive for several years, and any time I’ve reached out with a concern, Nathan has responded promptly and helped resolve the issue efficiently. His attentiveness and reliability have made a big difference in our experience.
I am thoroughly disgusted and deeply disappointed at the service from this pharmacy. My order was supposed to be shipped overnight. They decided it was no longer ship item refrigerated without ANY notice or word to me. Found out only after calling that they sent my order via USPS. No tracking number provided. And to top it off it will have been a total of a WEEK to get my order processed and received!!!! Not the 1-2 days that they state.
