Had a really great experience working with Hillel at the Carmel Vally location. I called him my prescription and they made note of my preferred pick up date. I had an old card on file that didn’t go through and they tried various alternatives before we settled on a new card. Throughout the conversation I felt like they were leaning, anticipating issues and resolving any problems that came up during the process.
Shelby is amazing! I've come in a Few times and she always has the patience to deal with me and is always smiling. As someone with customer service background i live the attention to detail they have with me with every visit.

I’ve been using La Vita pharmacy for a few years now and even after I moved to TX, I continue getting my prescriptions from them now that they are Strive. They continue to source their ingredients from the same great suppliers, which is why I’m not switching to another pharmacy.
