She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. Their warm demeanor and attention to detail made the process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to encounter such dedicated customer service, and Shelby truly made a positive impression. I left the pharmacy feeling well cared for and grateful for their assistance.

The people I have encountered here have all been lovely and accommodating. There was a process that would take several days, but we needed it done right away for our patient. They were able to move me through the right channels to get it done sooner. Victor was especially helpful and I appreciate his assistance.

Had a really great experience working with Hillel at the Carmel Vally location. I called him my prescription and they made note of my preferred pick up date. I had an old card on file that didn’t go through and they tried various alternatives before we settled on a new card. Throughout the conversation I felt like they were leaning, anticipating issues and resolving any problems that came up during the process.

I have to definitely say it was an Awesome experience !! Camryn was especially helpful and so kind ! I would 100% be going back, there was also Joel who took the time to explain details to me even though it was so busy ! I appreciate the patience
