Subtropolis is like no other storage space. I stored my RV there for five years. 70 degrees year round. No vermin, no bugs. High security, vehicle started and run monthly. Great staff! I never had an issue. Everyone is helpful and courteous. IMO it is the most perfect storage space in the country.
The excellent experience started with Sam actually answering my initial call. No voicemail, no waiting in queue. Not typical today. Extremely friendly, knowledgable, informative and helped us have our storage spot setup in no time. And of course the underground storage is amazing. No more winterizing and no more worries about storm damage to our motorhome. I would highly recommend Subtropolis!
We like keeping our boat at Sub Tropolis. Very friendly and very accommodating. Couldn't ask for a friendlier bunch. Our boat has been stored by us or previous owners at ST for more than 10 years. Our boat is 25 years old and looks like new, keeping indoors, clean and climate control is great!
Current post- this is our second season storing our boats for the winter. Every interaction with the guys at SubTropolis is so pleasant. They are SO friendly, accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t have made it without them! Thank you guys! Best customer service here! I... read more
Very customer centric. So friendly and accommodating. We love storing our camper here. We’ve been customers for years and won’t go anywhere else. You can’t beat the safety or the climate control.
